* Article (26.1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall by free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all in the basis of merit.
* အပိုဒ္ ၂၆ (၁)လူတိုင္းသည္ ပညာသင္ ယူႏိုင္ခြင္႔ရွိသည္၊ အနည္းဆံုးမူလတန္းႏွင္႔ အေျခခံ အဆင္႔ အတန္းမ်ားတြင္ ပညာ သင္ၾကားေရးသည္ အခမဲ႔ျဖစ္ရမည္။ မူလတန္းပညာသည္ မသင္မေနရ ပညာ ျဖစ္ရမည္။ စက္မႈလက္မႈပညာႏွင္႔ အသက္ေမြးမႈ ပညာမ်ားကို ေယဘူယ်အားျဖင္႔
သင္ၾကားရယူႏိုင္ေစရမည္။ ထို႔ျပင္ အထက္တန္းပညာအတြက္ အရည္အခ်င္းကို အေျခခံျပဳ၍ တူညီေသာ အခြင္႔အေရး ရရွိေစရမည္။
* Article (21.1) Everyone one has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.
* အပိုဒ္ ၂၁ (၁) လူတိုင္းတြင္ မိမိႏိုင္ငံ၏ အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရး၌ ကုိယ္တိုင္ျဖစ္ေစ၊ လြတ္လပ္စြာ ေရြးခ်ယ္လုိက္သည္႔ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ားမွ တစ္ဆင္႔ျဖစ္ေစ ပါဝင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ခြင္႔ ရွိသည္။
*Article (21.2) Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country.
(၂)လူတိုင္းတြင္ မိမိ၏ႏိုင္ငံရွိ ျပည္သူ႔ ဝန္ထမ္းအဖဲြ႔၌ ဝင္ေရာက္ႏိုင္ရန္ တူညီသည္႔ အခြင္႔ အေရးရွိသည္။
* Article (16.1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage and at its dissolution.
* အပိုဒ္ ၁၆ (၁)အရြယ္ေရာက္ ျပီးေသာ ေယာက်္ား ႏွင္႔ မိန္းမတုိ႔တြင္ လူမ်ိဳးကို ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ ႏိုင္ငံသားအျဖစ္ကုိ ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း ကိုးကြယ္သည္႔ ဘာသာကို ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ အေၾကာင္းျပဳ၍ ခ်ဳပ္ခ်ယ္ ကန္႔သတ္ျခင္း မရွိဘဲ၊ ထိမ္းျမားႏိုင္ခြင္႕ ႏွင္႔ မိသားစု ထူေထာင္ႏိုင္ခြင္႔ရွိသည္။ အဆိုပါ ေယာက်္ားႏွင္႔ မိန္းမ တို႔သည္ လင္မယားအျဖစ္ ေပါင္းသင္းေနစဥ္ အခ်ိန္ အတြင္း၌ ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊
အိမ္ေထာင္ကုိ ဖ်က္သိမ္း၍ ကြာရွင္းၾကသည္႔ အခါ၌လည္းေကာင္း၊ လက္ထပ္ ေပါင္းသင္း အိမ္ေထာင္ ျပဳျခင္းႏွင္႔ စပ္လ်ဥ္းေသာ တူညီသည္႔ အခြင္႔အေရးမ်ားကို ရရွိထိုက္သည္။
* Article (11.1) Every one charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has all guarantees necessary for his defence.
* အပိုဒ္ ၁၁ (၁) လူအမ်ား ေရွ႕ေမွာက္၌ ဥပေဒအတိုင္း စစ္ေဆး၍ ျပစ္မႈက်ဴးလြန္သည္ဟု ထင္ရွား စီရင္ျခင္းခံရသည္႔ အခ်ိန္အထိ ျပစ္မႈႏွင္႔ တရားစြဲဆုိျခင္း ခံရသူတိုင္းသည္ အျပစ္မဲ႔သူဟူ၍ ယူဆျခင္းခံထိုက္သည္႔ အခြင္႔အေရးရွိသည္။ ထိုအမႈကို ၾကားနာစစ္ေဆးရာဝယ္ စြပ္စြဲခံရသည္႔ ျပစ္မႈအတြက္ ခုခံေခ်ပႏိုင္ရန္ လုိအပ္ေသာ အခြင္႔အေရးမ်ားကုိ ထိုသူအား ေပးျပီး ျဖစ္ေစရမည္။
* Article (6) Every one have to rights to recognition every where as a person before the law.
* အပိုဒ္ ၆ လူတိုင္းတြင္ ဥပေဒအရာ၌ လူပုဂၢိဳလ္တစ္ဦး အျဖစ္ျဖင္႔ အရာခပ္သိမ္းတြင္ အသိအမွတ္ ျပဳျခင္းကုိ ခံယူပိုင္ခြင္႔ရွိသည္။
* Article (7) All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.
* အပိုဒ္ ၇ လူအားလံုးတို႔သည္ ဥပေဒအရာ၌ တူညီၾကသည္႔အျပင္၊ ဥပေဒ၏ အကာအကြယ္ကို ျခားနားျခင္း မခံရေစဘဲ တူညီစြာ ခံစားပုိင္ခြင္႔ရွိသည္။ ဤေၾကညာ စာတမ္းပါ သေဘာတရားမ်ားကို ဖီဆန္၍ ခြဲျခားျခင္းမွ လည္းေကာင္း၊ ထုိသို႔ခြဲျခားျခင္းကုိ လႈံေဆာ္ျခင္းမွ လည္းေကာင္း၊ ကင္းလြတ္ ေစရန္ အကာအကြယ္ကို တူညီစြာ ခံစားပိုင္ခြင္႔ ရွိသည္။
* Article (1) All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another inspirit of brotherhood.
* အပိုဒ္ ၁ လူတိုင္းသည္ တူညီ လြတ္လပ္ေသာ ဂုဏ္သိကၡာျဖင္႔ လည္းေကာင္း၊ တူညီလြတ္လပ္ေသာ အခြင္႔အေရးမ်ားျဖင္႔ လည္းေကာင္း၊ ေမြးဖြားလာသူမ်ား ျဖစ္သည္။ ထိုသူတို႕၌ ပိုင္းျခား ေဝဖန္တတ္ေသာ ဥာဏ္ႏွင္႔ က်င္႔ဝတ္ သိတတ္ေသာ စိတ္တို႔ ရွိၾက၍ ထိုသူတို႔သည္ အခ်င္းခ်င္း ေမတၲာထား၍ ဆက္ဆံက်င္႔သုံုးသင္႔၏။
